I hate to say it again...
but today was another Gag moment.
2 run lead into the bottom of the 9th.
Yesterday, I stand corrected more disappointed, but to not make it to Sunday at least is a gag job.
Great end to season and to qualify but still...

Just hurts losing on a passed ball. Feels like the Hokie Chokie to me. Would have rather lost 5-1.

Had to take a flight for work with the game tied at 75…
Just finished watching the game upon landing….There are no words.
I like these kids and feel for them.
The game was there. Great effort but missing Hansberry and frankly a more athletic roster did this in. How can you lose by even out rebounding them??? I don’t get it.
Just another lost season and at this point the soft serve ice cream has melted.
It’s time to find a snack stand and manager to run it.

And I feel Tech is soft at times. Saw the last half of the 1st half until now. Think it feels soft and we just melt when the game matters. Gawd, I hope I am wrong as there is still a lot to play for

I'd like to compare that vs the halfcourt and 3/4 court shots that go
against us and compare that vs other teams.
We have to be the ones that are one of the most victimized.

Every inbounds is usually the same line up. A 1x4. Come on, you can grab
easy points off an inbounds play. And CMY never goes for that. Why draw a play where there is no chance for a 2nd shot???
I'm sorry...it's inexcusable.

Soft System = Soft Team
A nice offensive team when it's lesser competition (D3) or a team with minimal defense.
But when it matters the most, it isn't suited for games like this.
And always have trouble finishing at the rim when it isn't a Lawal dunk

I am thinking it is a Low IQ Coaching Staff...
Everyone in CBB indicates CMY is a great coach. I think he is a solid above-average coach at best. One great March run but are we winning more games than we should lose? or losing more than we should have won? Seems like we snuck one with UVA and then have lost 3 lately that we should have won (WF, Stanford, and SMU). IDK, that away last year and I don't see the accolades at this point. Maybe I am missing something...

try and steal quick baskets on inbounds at your hoop? I continue to SMH each game on how much of a waste we are at inbounding.

The "aw shucks" nice guy doesn't win in college sports.
You have to have fire, personality, and push every limit possible in every junction.
The nice guy, positive rally around approach doesn't work.

As far as at the top. Idk the personalities but that needs to be reevaluated too!

The info on the parking has been confusing.

Eh....I don't have faith; probably in the minority
but feel the constant turnover is better suited for different systems.
ones which are more defensive driven and rely on athleticism. basically ones that new players can be inserted in and learn quickly.
I am not sure, but CMY's seems to take some time. (just what my basic bball brain and knowledge sees).

The chance to secure the victory in regulation with a chance for a player to catch a ball has to be made. Inexcusable to then not use a TO when there is a sense of trouble. There was trouble right away!

Well said. Horrible inbounds play at the end of regulation.
Will also add, bad free throw shooting at the end of regulation. 1 of 4 at one juncture and hit one of those, and this game does Not go to OT.
Don't have the dudes that go after it and put the foot down on another team.
Great effort for parts of the season but....
I still don't see how this is supposed to run back. No excitement for this program. Just feel its time to reset.
